Hello! I wanted to contact you today to let you know some outstanding service I received yesterday from one of your technicians in the field. I was scheduled to have my two receivers swapped out for a new 2 in 1 model, as well as work done to determine why I could no longer receive my local stations. Bill, the technician who arrived at my home in Waterford, PA did what I thought was an excellent job explaining what he'd be doing and the options I had to solve my receptions issues. He was polite, professional, and conscientious. At one point, I had to brielfy leave my home and while I was gone he follwed comapny policy in not entering the house. He cleaned up when the job was done. I just felt he did an excellent job and you might be interested in hearing of how one of your staff excelled in the field.
